G-1 Communications ("we," "us," "our"), based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, operates the AEO Professional Certification Exam and its associated mock test platform (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect from you, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Registration details: your full name, state/location, and email address.
• Optional queries: any question or message you submit before starting the exam.
• Exam data: your responses, score, pass/fail result, and certificate details generated from your attempt.
• Payment information: we do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves. Payments are processed entirely by our third-party payment providers, Razorpay and PayPal. We receive only confirmation that a payment was made, along with a transaction reference.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To register you for the exam and grant access to the mock test levels and official exam.
• To generate your result and, if you pass, your certificate.
• To respond to questions you submit to us.
• To verify payment and prevent misuse of exam access.
• To communicate with you about your registration, results, or certificate.

3. Third-Party Payment Processors

Payments are handled by Razorpay (for India) and PayPal (for international payments). When you choose to pay, you are directed to their secure payment pages and their own privacy policies and terms apply to the information you provide there. We never see or store your full card or bank account details.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

Our exam platform may use your browser's local storage to keep track of your progress during an active exam attempt (such as your answers and remaining time). This data stays in your browser and is not transmitted to third parties for advertising purposes. Our landing page may use standard analytics cookies to understand site traffic.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as payment processors and hosting providers), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their function. We may also disclose information if required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your registration, exam, and certificate records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, support certificate verification, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require us to retain certain records (for example, payment and certification records).

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for professionals, students, and adult learners. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
