These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AEO Professional Certification Exam, the associated mock test levels, and any related services (together, the "Service"), provided by G-1 Communications, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India ("we," "us," "our"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate, current information (name, state, email) when registering. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details used to generate your exam record and certificate. Certificates are issued in the name provided at registration; we are not responsible for errors arising from incorrect information you supplied.
Upon successful payment, you are issued a unique User ID and a 4-digit PIN, shown once on screen. You are responsible for saving these credentials securely — for security reasons, the PIN cannot be redisplayed later, even by our support team. If lost, contact contact@g1coms.com with your registered email and payment reference for manual verification and access restoration.
The current registration fee is ₹900 for candidates in India and $28 for international candidates, payable via Razorpay or PayPal. This fee covers unlimited-time access to the three mock test levels (Foundation, Intermediate, Expert) and one attempt at the official, timed certification exam. Fees are subject to change; the fee in effect at the time of your payment applies to your registration. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
Mock tests are provided for practice purposes only. Mock test scores are not recorded as part of, and do not count toward, your official certification result.
Candidates who score 60% or above on the official exam are issued a digital certificate. The certificate reflects the name, score, and date associated with that attempt. Certificates are provided "as is" for the purpose of demonstrating exam performance and do not constitute a guarantee of employment, client engagement, or any particular professional outcome.

All exam content, mock test questions, certificate designs, and related materials are the property of G-1 Communications and are provided solely for your personal use in connection with the Service. No part of this content may be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.
Payments are processed by Razorpay and PayPal. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or errors caused by these third-party payment processors.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including question content or fee structure, at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, G-1 Communications shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of exam progress due to browser or connectivity issues.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
